Carlos Restrepo, Senior Research Scientist
Carlos E. Restrepo is senior research scientist at the International
Center for Enterprise Preparedness (InterCEP) and adjunct associate
professor at New York University. His teaching and research interests
include resiliency, sustainable urban development, environmental
health and policy, infrastructure management and security, and risk
management. His research has been published in journals such as the
International Journal of Critical Infrastructure Protection, Risk
Analysis, the Journal of Risk Research, the International Journal of
Critical Infrastructures and Atmospheric Environment. Carlos has a PhD
in Public Administration from NYU’s Robert F. Wagner Graduate School
of Public Service, a M.S. in International Development from the
University of Pennsylvania and a B.S. in Engineering Physics from
Lehigh University.
